John Raezer is chairman of FINPAC Corporation. He leads a consulting practice that helps clients identify and collect risk management financial and operating data, organize the data into a warehouse for managerial and financial accounting, risk analysis and benchmarking, and prepare cost of risk accounting information and reports. He previously worked with two major brokers: Marsh for 15 years managing risk management sales, and at Aon as a manager of Research and Development of risk management technologies. At FINPAC he built a global energy trading and accounting system for Sun Oil; a workbench for rating debt for Standard and Poors, a workbench for trading fixed income securities for the Delaware Group, and an investment portfolio management system for Miller Anderson (now part of Morgan Stanley). John taught financial management for ten years at Wharton School's Advanced Management Program, corporate finance at NYU, credit analysis for the Graduate School of Credit and Financial Management at Stanford, Dartmouth and Williams, and management methods at the University of Hawaii. John holds a B.A. in economics, magna cum laude, from Harvard University and an M.A. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania. He has completed all but his dissertation for his Ph. D. in economics and statistics from the University of Pennsylvania.
